Root (they/them) is a spiritual companion and an ecospiritual practitioner, focused on exploring our place in nature and our connection with the Divine.

Root is a spiritual companion studying at the United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities.

Their studies in the Spiritual Direction / Companionship Master of Divinity (MDiv) program provide theological grounding and practical skills needed to support spiritual seekers in discernment processes throughout their life.

Spiritual companionship is available to everyone, whether you are part of a traditional religious community, a solo seeker, or building your own connection to the Divine.

Spiritual companionship can look different depending on your needs. Our time could include:

  • one-on-one conversations in person or via Zoom focused on areas of spiritual needs and discernment

  • facilitated workshops for a small group/family

  • consultation on designing a ritual to honor rites of passage (weddings, transitions, etc.)
